She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chiazza and Mary Chiazza (Amato); her husband Sylvester Petri; her daughter Mary Jo Terry (Petri); and her siblings, Rose Harris (Chiazza) and John Chiazza.
She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Benita Petri-Pickstone (Stephen Pickstone) of Columbus, Ohio; her son-in-law Dr. Richard F. Terry of Wheeling; her brother-in-law James Harris (Ginger); and her grandchildren, Juliet A. Terry of Charleston, WV, David Terry (Lindsay) of Prior Lake, MN, Brian Terry of Wheeling, John Pickstone of Huntington, WV and Michael Pickstone of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
