She is survived by: her siblings, Jean of Dallas, TX and Herbert Lewis of Dayton, OH; her uncle John Clemont (Virginia); her children, Kim Whetzel, Kevin Whetzel, Kenneth Whetzel and Kelly Whetzel; and her grandchildren, Brian Lewis, Mecca Collins, Xavier Whetzel, Vegas Whetzel and Brylee Whetzel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
