She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mitchell and Cleon Mitchell (Barton); her son John Conrad; her in-laws, George and Vivian Works; her sister Diane Evans; and her brother-in-law Edward Evans.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin Works; her children, Robert Conrad (Mel), Leisa Runyon (David), Shawn Works and Dawn Works (John); her grandchildren, Heather Conrad, Cole Conrad (Vanessa), Travis Works, Zachary Runyon (Madasyn) and Alexis Grubba (David); and her niece Tracy Evans (Troy). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (1400 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003).
