He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Vaughn (Kathy) of Jacksonville, FL, Rebecca "Ruth" Sams (Roscoe) of Elizabethon, TN and Doris Cantell (Bill) of Shreveport, LA; his cousin Bobby Hubbard; his children, Jody Hoover (Tonia) of Wharton and Laura Poore (Scott) of Dunbar, WV; and his grandchildren, Coty Hoover, Kiersten Stepp, Kelsie Poore and Reagin Shankle. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
