He was predeceased by: his father Roy Dale Blevins, Sr.; his son Bradley Wagner; and his brother Roy Dale Blevins, Jr. (Keith). He is survived by: his mother Wanda Faye Blevins; his children, Sierra Mullins of Parkersburg, Chelsea Driskall (Nicholas) of Indianapolis, IN and Keith Allen Blevins, Jr. of Chapmanville; his sister Angie Hodgkins (Brian) of Low Gap; and his grandchildren, Brantley, Remington Kosela of Parkersburg and Desirae Driskall of Indianapolis.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Freeman Funeral Home to help with arrangements.
