He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheridan Moore and Ida Bell Moore; his wife Opal Ann Moore; and his siblings, Leo Moore, Arnold "Smokey" Moore, Lorraine Saunders, Doris Kinder, Sheridan Jr. and Ida Ruth McComas.
He is survived by: his children, Erman Moore (Robin) of Wharton, Vickie Niemec (Greg) of Wharton and Stephen Moore (Molly) of Marion, NC; and his grandchildren, Brandy Raines (David) of Gordon, Jennifer Tackett (Steve) of Wharton, David Moore (Danielle) of Wharton, Brittany Dixon (Bobby) of Wharton, Daniel Moore (Heather) of Wharton, Victor Niemec (Ashley) of Yawkey and Luke Moore of Marion, NC. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
