McNeely and Alice Hill McNeely of Wharton, WV.; his brothers, Carmel, Harold and Warren; his wife Brenda Ann Foster McNeely; his daughters, Beverly Ann Hager (Les) and Mary Alice White (Danny); his great grandchild Madison LeeAnn Slone; his siblings, Ray (Gay), Harless Mary Crate (Bill) and Betty Sunukjian (Tommy); his brother-in-law Tom Foster (Carolyn); his nephew Randy McNeely (Margie); and his niece Becky Ford (Brian) of Summerville, SC. He was also cherished by several other nieces, nephews, many neighbors and close friends.
