He is survived by: his sons, Jamie Perry of Beckley, WV and Mack Perry Jr. of Hanover, WV; and his siblings, Harold Mullins (Sheila) of Wharncliffe, WV, Nancy Roman (Dave) of Hatfield, KY, Gail Hardy (Dale) of North Spring, WV, Elsie Blankenship of Illinois, Deloris Mullins of Illinois and Mitzi Spradlin (Randall) of Wharncliffe, WV.
