It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Ellis of Wharncliffe, West Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen (Wolford) and Jerry Lee "Red" Ellis, Sr. of Wharncliffe; his sister Wanda Sue Hurley; his grandparents, Johnny Gilbert, Sarah Colangelo, Henry and Lona Ellis; his uncles, Michael Joe and Hugh Colangelo; his niece Robin Nicole Stanley; and his nephew Carl Henry Wolford.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Wayne Ellis, Jerry Lee Elis, Jr. (Carol), Gregory Daniels and Carolyn Daniels. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.
