He is survived by: his children, Deborah Baker of Gilbert, WV., Gregory Blevins and Kevin Blevins of Liberty, NC.; his grandchildren, Necole Lester (Baker) of Gilbert, WV. and Curtis Blevins of Liberty, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Cameron J. Lester, Kayden B. Lester, Jayce T. Lester, Aubrey Blevins, Gabriell and Sarah Combs.
