He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Mayfield Malone; his children, Debra Malone Throckmorton (Joe) of Morgantown, Alan Malone (Sandy) of Morgantown and Charles "Chip" Malone (Michelle) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Angela Contic, Amber Swanger, Matthew Malone, Samantha Fairbanks, Kady Yost, Emily Malone, Julie Malone and Conner Malone; and his great grandchildren, Maysa, Araya, Zayd Contic, Hope, Grant Swanger and Riley Yost.
