He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hart and Elva Lavina Hyatt Hart; his granddaughter Holly Shenk; and his siblings, Maryann, Peggy, Sharon, Earnest "Ernie", Gary, Buck, Glenn and Dennis, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Jean Jordan Hart; his children, Tani (Ron Mellinger), Todd Hart, Larry Hart and Misty (Chris Hurt); his stepdaughter Loretta Lawson; his grandchildren, Krista Hart and Corey Hurt; his great grandchild Bentley; and his brothers, Sam (Patricia Hart) and David Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
