She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn O. Thomas and Evelyn Thomas; her husband Donald E. Everly Sr.; and her siblings, Vivian Jones and Dale Thomas.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Everly Jr. (Becky) of Ripley, WV and Mark Everly (Cathy) of Reedsville, WV; her grandchildren, Scott, Anthony, Yendame, Crystal, Jill and Aubre; her great grandchildren, Gabby, Meredith, Gavin, Cameron, Aidan, Nash, Finn and Gretchen; and her siblings, Dennis Thomas, Paul David Thomas (Carolyn) and Eunice Crites. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many dear and beloved friends.
Due to COVID-19, a virtual memorial service will be held on May 29, 2021 beginning at 2:00 pm.
