He was predeceased by: his parents, George E Hose and Margaret Hose; and his wife Judy Ann Hose. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Hose (Barbara) and MaryKay Milush; his children, Jack Michael Hose, Brian Edward Hose (Liz) and Lee Ann Sansone (Mike); his grandchildren, Tia Menear (Joe), Kellie, Courtney Sansone, Holly, Heather and Emma Hose; and his great grandchildren, Levi and Colt Menear. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and longtime friends.
