She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wilburn and Catherine Wilburn; her siblings, Mary Conner and Franklin Wilburn; and her siblings-in-law, Emery Conner and Joyce Wilburn.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Robert Smith of Westover; her children, John A. Smith (Stephanie) of Morgantown and Mary F. Smith of Morgantown; and her granddaughters, Connie, Melinda, Emily, Brittany and Megan. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
