She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray N. Yingst and Beatrice K. Yingst of Harrisburg, PA.; and her husband Major William W. Propst. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Sheila and Leslie Propst of Morgantown; and her stepgranddaughter Akacia.
