He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvadore Riggie and Cindy Riggie (Simonetti); his brother Henry Riggie; and his brother-in-law Larry Speicher. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Riggie; his daughters, Yvonne Riggie (Dessa Augsburger) of Columbus, OH and Jennifer Ottley (Jonathan) of Plain City, OH.; his grandchildren, Gabrielle and Nathaniel Ottley; and his siblings, Samuel Riggie (Jeanie) of Perry, OH, Patricia Speicher of Morgantown and Cindy Riggie of Morgantown.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center.
