He was predeceased by: his father William Allen Huggins; his former wife Della Jean Huggins; and his daughter Donna Marie Weston. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Huggins (Annette) of Westover and Kenneth Wayne Huggins (Marina) of Arizona; his son-in-law John Weston; and his brother Tom Huggins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
