He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorah Alpheus Wise and Arie Spitznogle Wise; his wife Dorothy Irene Eddy Wise; his son Allen Wise; his siblings, Ruby Tennant, Kenneth Wise, Herschel Wise and Merle Wise; and his granddaughter Lori Tennant.
He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Jones (Albert) of Mooresville; his grandchildren, Donna Normington (Steve) of Mesa, AZ, Marcy Rinehart (George) of Mooresville and Roy Tennant; his great grandchildren, Andrew Walls (Robyn), Derrick Walls, Elizabeth Tennant and David Tennant; and his great great grandchildren, Claire and Allison.
