She is survived by: her mother Kathy Frazier Lemasters; her daughter Kelsey Hall (Brendan Hartley) of Morgantown; her granddaughter Jessie Mae Hartley; her sister Jody Lemasters of Westover; her aunt Glenna Cutlip (Charles) of Morgantown; her uncle James Sargent (Chris) of Cleveland, OH; and also, Charles, Phyllis, Cassie and Chad Ord.
