He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Captain William Tracey Weber and Fannie Davisson Weber; his uncle George I.; his wife Gayle Weber of Weston; his children, Charlotte Weber Snider (Larry) of Weston, William Tracey Weber III (Heather) of Weston and Thomas F. Weber (Leni) of Key Biscayne; and his grandchildren, William Snider, Samuel Snider, Julie Snider, Lauren Weber, Katherine Weber, Abigayle Weber, Haley Skinner and Austin Skinner.
The family is observing a private family service at the Weber home in Weston; however, following COVID protocols, they will receive guests from Noon to 2:00 pm, on Monday, April 26, 2021, followed by interment at the Lewis County Memorial Gardens in Weston.
Tracey was also a member of the West Virginia State Bar, and a fellow and past President of the of the West Virginia Bar Foundation.
