He was predeceased by: his parents, Granville Alexander Cayton and Harriet Lucile Beatrice Wilson; and his siblings, Virginia Myers, Evelyn Moneypenny, James "Bud" Cayton, Norma J. Cowley, Mattie McClung and Claude Cayton.
He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Jean Butcher of Weston; his sons, Bobby Cayton (Cathy) of Morgantown, Tim Cayton (Danielle) of Weston and Dennis Cayton (Tanya) of Weston; his grandchildren, Austin, Owen, Emma, Lillie and Drew; his siblings, William "Bill" Cayton (Dee), Charles Cayton (Karen) and Helen Carder; and his close friend Jake Butcher of Weston.
