He is survived by: his wife Mary Harsh Harter Stark of Weston; his children, Michelle Fisher (Pete) of West Virginia, Karl Bullen (Susan) of Pennsylvania and Heather Bullen of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Renee Fisher, Troy Fisher (Katelyn), Nicholas Bullen, Alexander Bullen, Michelle Harter of Buckhannon, Richard Harter of Clarksburg, Sydney Holland (Ross), Peyton Ward, Jordan Tate and Shelby Holland.
