He is survived by: his wife Donna Cogar; his children, Theresa Turner (Jamie) of Weston, Brice Cogar (Kellie) of Elkins and Dustin Cogar (Hanna) of Weston; his grandchildren, Mason Murray, Kaelyn Cogar, Addyson Cogar, Jacksen Cogar, Landry Cogar, Brady Cogar, Reece Turner, Hendrix Cogar and Sayler Cogar; his sister Tammy Rovello (Todd) of Bridgeport; and his sister-in-law Judy Cogar.
