He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Cora Paugh Vanpelt; his wife Patty; his children, Steven Paugh Jr. of Weston and Christina Mowery (Todd) of Weston; his grandchildren, Brandon Mowery and Elizabeth Pratt; his stepdaughters, Melissa Smith (Ronald, Tracy Shank), Stacy Thompson, Lisa Poling and Felicia Wiant; his stepgrandchildren, Zachari Landars, Alivia Landers, Kylee Tenney, Abigail Smith, Hunter Edwards, Haley Jordan, Emily Jordan, Logan Bontrager, Andrew Wiant, Alexis Wiant, Cody Hafferty and Erika Hafferty; and his brother Bobby Paugh.
