He was predeceased by: his parent Dail L. Winne Ruppert; his grandparents, Virgil, Rose Turner, Frank and Frena Wine; and his nephew Joseph Rowh.
He is survived by: his parent Turner; his brothers, Larry Wine (Beverly Rowh) and Travis Wine of Weston; his half-sister Amanda Fisher (Brian) of Weston; his nieces, Leslie Rowh and Veronica Rowh; his great-nephews, Zander Rowh, Landen Floyd, Julian Floyd, Colton Rowh, Ethan Tucker and Noah Tucker; his cousins, Becky, Gary Bailey of Pricetown, Rhonda, Hawkins of Kentucky, Scott Lawson, Logan Lawson, Lauren Lawson of Orlando and Lenni Jo Crites; his aunts, Lola Lawson of Orlando and Thelma Blake (Faye) of Berlin; his uncle Richard Wine (Patty) of Weston; and also, Stephen Collins, Blade Cutright, Brandy, Brittany and Sarah Bleigh.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Hardman Family Funeral Home at P. O. Box 1287 Weston, WV 26452 to aid with final expenses.
