He is survived by: his wife Thelma Christina "Chris" Goldsmith (McCartney); his children, Darla Rae Lockard (Michael) of Walkersville, WV, Sammy Ray Goldsmith (Mindy) of Jackson's Mill, WV, David Lee Goldsmith (Sandy) of Weston, WV, Rodney T. Goldsmith (Mary Lou) of Weston, WV and Larry J. Westfall (Tracy) of Ashtabula, OH; his grandchildren, Tiffany Basham, Danny Turner, Brandi Herrick, Randy Goldsmith, Samantha Smith, Robert Moats, Sarah Manuel, David Lee Goldsmith, Jr., Bradley Goldsmith, Aurdina Pumphrey, Nathan Goldsmith, Anthony Goldsmith, Shania Rowan, Jason Westfall, Caleb, Williams, Isaac McCray, Isabell Lockard and Levi Lockard; and his brother Andy Goldsmith (Vicki). He is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren.
