He is survived by: his children, Michael Skinner of Weston, Connie Reed of Jane Lew, Brenda Riffle (David) of Weston and Jeremy Skinner (Jennifer Murray) of Jane Lew; his grandchildren, Richard, Tiffaney, Shawn, Brian, Davy, Kendra, Leah and Ava; his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Marcus, Steven and Alexis; and his siblings, Jim Skinner of Weston, Allen Skinner (Betty) of Jane Lew, Lola Yeager (Bob) of Horner and Penny Sirbaugh of Weston.
