She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Smith and Charlotte Smith (Barker); and her son James R. Cogar, III. She is survived by: her husband James Russell Cogar, II; and her siblings, Randy Smith of Weston and Connie Smith of Weston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
