He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Harper and Ruby Wolfe Harper; his brothers, Bobby Fields and Lewis Harper; and his brother-in-law Tony Silvester.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Springman Harper; his daughters, Caley Little of Carlinville, IL and Renee Little of Weston; his grandchildren, Annaleigh, Emma, Matthew and Brylynn; his siblings, Carol Silvester of Coalton, WV, Joyce Reed (Ron) of Buckhannon, Sharon Helms of Martinsburg, WV, Sue Given (Gary) of Buckhannon, Wayne Harper (Barbara) and Rick Harper (Sandy) of Buckhannon; his sister-in-law Hilda Fields of Winfield, WV; his friend John Slaughter of Buckhannon; and his pet Mia Harper.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home (95 S Kanawha St, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
