He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Donald Parks and Virginia Carole Parks (Robinson); his fiancée Laura James of Weston; his children, Danielle Parks (David Rice) of Weston, Tiffani Poling (Dustin) of Weston, Brandon Parks (Taylor Parmer) of Jane Lew, Mason Parks of Weston, Preston Parks of Weston and Kolton Parks of Weston; his grandchildren, Isaac, Destiny Rice and Brooks Poling; and his siblings, Allen Parks (Peggy Jo) of Weston, David Parks (Lisa) of Weston and Angie Sheley (Charlie) of Buckhannon. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
