It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Nelson Montgillion of Weston, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Louis Montgillion and Ohlea Zepp Montgillion; his wife Dorothy "Dot" Maye Powers; and his stepson Eric O'Dell Skaggs. He is survived by: his stepsons, Karl Hanson Skaggs (Theresa) of Weston and Kirk Wilson Skaggs of Weston; and his son Robert Bolton Montgillion.
