He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Bleigh and Myrtle McCartney; his siblings, Sandra Jeffries, Clara "Jean" O'Dell and Kyle Wayne Bleigh; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Hefner, Bernard Messenger and Clarence O'Dell.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle "Shelly" Smith of Weston; his children, Justin Bleigh of Weston and Leslie Eagle (Dale) of Worthington, WV; his grandchildren, Ryleigh Bleigh and Tara Halterman; his siblings, Louise Lowther (Glen) of Ireland, Shirley Messenger of Buckhannon, David Bleigh (Mae) of Ireland, Darrell Bleigh (Connie) of Ireland and Brenda Moore (Jessie) of Weston; and his brother-in-law Larry Jeffries of Glenville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
