He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel S. Billanti and Freda D. Crowl; his brother Earl S. Billanti; and his granddaughter Jessica N. Franks. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Alice Hudnall Billanti; and his daughters, Christina R. Franks (Douglas) of Walkersville, Antanina "Nina" Shumaker (Christopher) of Dunbar and Amber Pourfarhadi (Russell) of South Charleston. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
