With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Stout of Weston, West Virginia, born in New Milton, West Virginia, who passed away on August 16, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Orval and Mary Ceola Straley Stout; his wife Brenda Sue Stout; and his siblings, Jack Stout, Helen Carder and Carol Pizzonia.

He is survived by: his children, Amanda Gross and Shannon Ray Stout; the mother of his children Myra Yonker of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Dylan Patrick Dullea (Molly), Sierra Von Agnew (John), Cody Ray Stout and Ladessa Rochelle Stout; and his sisters, Betty Coffman of Summersville, Linne Toehl of Burke, VA, Kathy Stout-Davis (Craig Dawkins) of Parkersburg and Jeannie Connolly (George) of Syracuse, OH.
