He was predeceased by : his parents, Dempsey Jeffrey and Phyllis Glenn Jeffrey; and his siblings, Greg Jeffrey, Nick Mounts and Marilyn Detty.

He is survived by : his children, Samantha Percifield (Allen) of Florida, Mandy Deering (Jacob) of Florida, Logan Jeffrey of Florida, Joby of Ohio, Jamie of Ohio and Justin Jeffrey of Ohio; his grandchildren, Bailey Stier, Makkari Morris, Dasan Deering, Naomi Nickelson and Arailia Percifield; and his half-brother Kenny Mounts of Ohio.
