He was predeceased by: his parents, Fleming Thomas Brown and Nelva Jean Brown (Hoard); his son Steven Brown; and his brother James Michael Brown. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Spencer (Charlie) of Friendly, WV, Ben Brown (Casey) of Jane Lew, Joseph Brown of Lost Creek and Jeffrey Brown (Ivana) of Mascoutah, IL; his grandchildren, Hannah Spencer, Cole, Maria, Stephanie Brown, Jacqueline, Macy, Lauren Brown, Jasmin and Oliver Brown; his siblings, Mathew Brown (Judie) of Weston and Ann Oakman of Kentucky; and his close friend Joyce Moneypenny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
