It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Waggy (Weston, West Virginia), who passed away on December 30, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Waggy and Betty Waggy (Westfall). He is survived by: his siblings, Roy Waggy of West Milford, Ronnie Waggy of Weston, Phillip Waggy of Good Hope and Carol Carpenter of Rock Cave. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
