He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Manley and Marjorie Manley of Weston, WV.; his sisters, Shirley and Wanda; his wife Betty Mays Manley; and his son Shawn Frederick Manley (Annette).
He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Fifelski (Eric) of Sunrise, FL; his stepchildren, Denise Greenleaf Howard (Randy) of Ravenswood and William Greenleaf (Christine) of Summerville, SC.; and his grandchildren, Michael Manley (Bethany), Ryan Manley, Christopher Manley of Ripley, Mike Headley (Katie) of Ravenswood and Rachel Greenleaf of Summerville, SC.
