She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Denver Forinash and Velva Marie Brown; her brother Richard Forinash; her sister-in-law Maryann Forinash; her close friend Ernie Kidd; and the father of her children Edward F. Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Johnson (Ky) and Doug Johnson (Veronica McVay); her grandchild Riley Johnson; and her siblings, Ruth Niday, Marcia Watson (Ed Ballard), William Forinash (Montie) of Weston, Charles Forinash of Weston and Tom Forinash of Weston.
