He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Elmore Kelley and Iona Cavell Stout; and his son Timothy Scott Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kelley (Christopher); his stepchildren, Elisabeth, Miranda Richards of Weston and Brandon Richards of North Carolina; his stepgrandson Meigs King; his sister Theresa Kelley Fisher of Weston; his niece Melissa Streets; his nephew Matthew Fisher; and his stepfather Kenny Stout.
