He is survived by: his parent Judith Ann Hartley Stamper; his spouse Barbara DeAnn Murphy; his children, Michael Dallas Stamper II, Nakoa Michael Stamper and Shailie Ann Murphy; his niece Stephanie Stamper of Weston; and his nephew Robert "Rob" Stamper of Weston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his loyal companions.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
