He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Doris Mick and Clora Alice Forinash Mick; his siblings, Clifford Mick (Maxine) and Juanita Grymes (Pete); his stepchildren, Clydene Garrett and Robert Sherrell; and his nephew Mike Mick.
He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Sherrell Mick; his son Michael Mick (Lee Anne) of Weston; his sister Willena Richardson of Huntsville; and his stepsons, James L. Sherrell (Connie), Carl L. Sherrel (Judy), Michael A. Sherrell (Barbara) and Bruce Garrett. He is also survived by several step grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
