She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Harvey Hoover, Jr.; her daughters, Jeannie Lopez-Flores (Nicholas) of Harrisburg, VA and Anita Joann Channing of Weston, WV; her grandchildren, Nate Binegar, Hunter Binegar (Alyssa), Ines Lopez-Flores, Tia Channing, Logan Lopez-Flores, Will Lopez-Flores and Gabby Tenney; her great grandchildren, Ellie Binegar, Ryker Wilson, Hazel Binegar, Prestyn Binegar and Micah Stottlemire; and her brothers, Harold Sheppard (Patty) of Elkins, WV and Jerry Brown of Sutton, WV.
