He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Shillingburg, (Meadows) and Lawrence R. Shillingburg, Sr.; his former wife Doris Shillingburg (Harrington); and his son Darrell Bryant. He is survived by: his sister Ruby Disbennett (Rod); his children, Elizabeth Milgliarease (Buck), Nancy Mashburn, Donna Wells (Gene), Brenda Diley (Larry) and William Waters; his niece Kristina Webb (Jerry); and his nephew Brian Claypool (Nad).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Dr. Lawrence R. Shillingburg, Jr. Vision Fund to further his legacy and help young men continue their education to reach the Deaf of the world for Jesus.

Edward and Sarah (Gibbs) Treuer I am now at Bay City Baptist Church Green Bay, WI. Calvary Baptist Church Deaf Ministry closed down in 2017. Walter and Dovie Pittman and Sandra Moreland did passed away several years ago.”
