He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Ratliff Conley of Flatwoods and Michael "Dink" Conley; his wife Becky Conley of Weston; his children, Kristy Osborne (Chris) of Grantsville and Jared Conley (Moriah) of Weston; his grandchildren, Caden and Carly Osborne; and his siblings, Donna Loyd (Buddy) of Flatwoods, Jim Conley of Flatwoods and Rod Conley (Carla) of Orlando. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
