He is survived by: his spouse Reatha Chrissy Forrest (Marsh); his stepdaughters, Desiree Parmer and Tiffany Parmer of Glenville; his grandchildren, Destiny, Whitney and Makenzie Mayo; and his siblings, Rease Grogg of Weston, Wayne Forrest of Colorado, Nellie Sandy of Weston, Bonnie Harris of Buckhannon and Darlene Burkhammer of Weston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
