He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Cosner and Kathryn E. Cosner (Cutright); and his siblings, Victoria Peggs and Robert H. Cosner, Jr. (Bobby). He is survived by: his sisters, Judith A. Bennett (J. Robert) of Jane Lew, WV and Teresa D. Montgomery of Inwood, WV. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
