He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish" Lowther (Davisson); his children, Dinhia Seelback (Tyler) of Turnertown and Bobby Lowther (Alicia) of Weston; his grandchildren, Teegan Seelback, Kenny Lowther (Tiffany), Jennifer Bowers (James), Stephen Coakley (Lauren), Andy Blake (Autumn) and Brian Blake; his siblings, Lester Lowther of Bridgeport, Robert Lowther (Vicki) of Linn, Freda Jones (Mark) of Ohio, Lettie Marks of Ohio and Betty Brown of Weston; his nephew Little Bobby; his niece Maryellen Gardner; and his pets, Stormy, Bella, Cooper and Hank.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hardman Family Funeral Home (730 Main Ave, Weston, WV 26452). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hardman Family Funeral Home Chapel (730 Main Ave, Weston, WV 26452).
