She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer C. "Jack" Cox and Dorothy Irene Moody Cox; her siblings, Jennings Frank Cox, Carol Lea Cox Posey, Linda Louise Cox Kays, William K. Cox and Dorothy Marie Cox; and her brother-in-law William "Bill" Butcher.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Bradford Butcher; her sons, Steve Butcher (Julie), Kevin Butcher and Mark Butcher; her friend Nancy K. Fazio; her grandchildren, Laura and Matthew Butcher; her siblings, Donna Jones (late Jack Jones), David Cox (Elaine), Mary Grogg (James) and Nancy Smith (Ronald); and her siblings-in-law, Sallie Myers (Jerry) and Marshall Butcher (Ruth).
